IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR TRADE FAIR PARTICIPATION

Here you will find all the important information about your participation in the trade fair:

Catering during Setup Days

From February 5–7, 2025, catering during the setup days will be available at Snack 1/3, located in the hall transition area between Hall 1 and Hall 3.

Exhibitor Passes

Please request your (free and paid) exhibitor passes through the online ordering system. Passes are available for personalization and download.

Hotel Booking

As an exhibitor at HAUS-GARTEN-FREIZEIT, you benefit from attractive hotel rates and special cancellation terms. Always book directly through our hotel portal .

Customer Invitations

As an exhibitor, you can request discounted customer invitations through the online ordering system. Use this opportunity to invite companies and individuals you would like to welcome at your stand.

Customers can redeem the invitation code in our online ticket shop free of charge. The billing for customer invitations is based on the actual number of redeemed tickets.

Storage Facilities

For inquiries regarding storage for brochures, empties, and other materials, please contact our official trade fair logistics provider:

Online Ordering System

Access the online ordering system to conveniently request services such as:

  • Booth construction/equipment
  • Technical services (electricity, water, internet)
  • Publishing services
  • Ordering and personalizing exhibitor passes (free and paid)
  • Parking
  • Booth cleaning
  • And much more

Services can only be ordered online until February 3, 2025, via your Online Service Center account (see booth allocation). After this date, orders can only be placed on-site. For example, if you still need parking tickets after this deadline, you can purchase them on-site.

Parking Permits

Parking permits can only be ordered online until January 29, 2025 (via your Online Service Center account).

After this deadline, permits can still be purchased on-site at the Last Minute Desk in the Glass Hall:

  • Friday, February 7, 2025: 09:00–18:00
  • Saturday, February 8, 2025: 08:00–12:00

Mandatory Entry in the Exhibitor Directory

Access the online ordering system and click on the “Media Services/Exhibitor Directory” button to access the order shop of our authorized publisher, NEUREUTER FAIR MEDIA GmbH.

Please check your mandatory entry details (company name, address, telephone, email, website, hall, booth number, product groups, and contact person with business card).

You can also book additional services such as logos or banners here.

Invoices

Trade fair rental invoices, including the marketing fee, have been sent out since December 2024. Payment of this invoice is a prerequisite for participating in the event.

If you have not yet settled your booth rental invoice, please do so at our main cashier’s office in the administrative building or at the Last Minute Desk in the Glass Hall:

  • Friday, February 7, 2025: 09:30–18:30 (Glass Hall)
  • Saturday, February 8, 2025: 08:00–12:00 (Glass Hall)
  • February 7–16, 2025: 09:00–18:00 (Administrative Building)

Invoices for additional services will be issued within four weeks after the event.

Booth Setup and Dismantling Times

  • Setup: February 4–7, 2025, daily from 07:00 to 22:00. Booth construction must be largely completed by February 7, 2025, at 15:00. After this time, vehicles will no longer be allowed in the halls.
  • Dismantling: Starts February 16, 2025, at 18:00 and continues until February 18, 2025, at 22:00.

Booth Construction Approval

The booth construction application and registration of technical approvals or exhibits with specific hazards are processed via an automated approval procedure. Questions can be directed to our event technology team (Tel.: +49 341 678 9906, Email: event-management@leipziger-messe.de ).

Booth Assignment

Your emailed booth allocation serves as your valid access document during setup and dismantling days. Please bring it with you or provide it to your stand builder.

Walls and Furniture

If partition walls were requested during registration, they will be installed by FAIRNET by February 5, 2025, at 12:00. Dismantling starts on February 16, 2025, at 20:00. On-site orders for walls are subject to a fee.

HAUS-GARTEN-FREIZEIT takes place in Halls 1, 3 and 5.
Please note! Exhibitor access to Halls 1, 3 and 5 is via the south entrance, Messe-Allee.

Wi-Fi

Free Wi-Fi with a 1 Mbps bandwidth is available on the fairgrounds. For higher bandwidth, bookings can be made via the online service center.
