Prices for Exhibitors
Our prices will remain the same for you this year too.
We offer you different stand shapes for your successful trade fair appearance at HAUS-GARTEN-FREIZEIT. Simply select your stand type and desired floor space for your stand.
Exhibitor tip: You can easily and conveniently book additional equipment and comprehensive solutions to suit your needs. FAIRNET, specialists in all aspects of trade fair presentation, offers you the opportunity to customise your trade fair stand according to your wishes. FAIRNET can for example assist you with design, planning, assembly and dismantling.

Note: Stand partition walls (for row, corner and end stands) are already included in your stand space price. Please tick this box when you register as an exhibitor. At a later date, these walls can only be booked for a fee via the online ordering system.

Important Booth Information
Booth Setup
February 2–4, 2027, daily from 7:00 a.m. to midnight; February 5, 2027, from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
On Friday, February 5, 2027, the structural construction of the exhibition booth must be substantially completed by 3:00 PM at the latest. After 3:00 PM, no vehicles will be permitted in the hall. Attendance is not required for the booth inspection.
Please note the deposit policy.
Event Operations
Staff must be present at the booth during the trade show hours from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Booth Dismantling
February 14, 2027, starting at 6:00 p.m. and continuing through February 16, 2027, until 6:00 p.m.
On the last day of the trade show, Sunday, February 14, 2027, the trade show grounds will be opened for dismantling vehicles (including passenger cars without a parking pass) no earlier than 7:00 p.m.
Access Roads
Exhibitor access to Halls 1, 3, and 5 is via the South Entrance on Messe-Allee.
During setup and teardown times, you or your booth builders must provide proof of identity by presenting a copy of the booth assignment. There are no setup or teardown passes!
Trade Fair Tickets Included
Your stand rental already includes trade fair passes. Their number is determined by the stand space booked. As an exhibitor, you will receive the following trade fair passes free of charge:

Any additional exhibitor passes required can be purchased in advance at the Online Service Center for Exhibitors at a price of €28.00 each.
