Through the Exhibitor Hub, you can book individual services – such as banners or logos – and edit your entry in the exhibitor directory.
In this context, please pay particular attention to the information in your mandatory entry (company name, address, telephone, email, website, hall, stand number, product groups, and contact person with contact details).
Important: All official bookings and editing options are carried out exclusively via the Exhibitor Hub.

Stand set-up and dismantling times
Stand set-up
Set-up will take place from Tuesday, 27 January 2026 to Friday, 30 January 2026, daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. The structural construction of the exhibition stand must be substantially completed by 3 p.m. on 30 January 2026 at the latest. No vehicles will be allowed in the hall after 3 p.m. Attendance is not required for stand inspection.
PLEASE NOTE: Please note that due to heat regulation in the halls, the hall doors must be kept closed after 3 p.m. We kindly ask you to ensure that all vehicles leave the hall by this time. Thank you for your cooperation!
Please note the enclosed information on traffic guidelines and deposit regulations (PDF, 447 kB) .
Stand dismantling
Dismantling will take place from Sunday, 8 February 2026, from 6 p.m. continuously until 10 February 2026, 10 p.m.
On the last day of the exhibition, the exhibition grounds will be opened for transport vehicles (including cars without parking permits) no earlier than 7 p.m. and exclusively by the hall staff on site.
During the set-up and dismantling periods, you or your stand builders must present a copy of the stand allocation to prove your identity. There are no set-up and dismantling passes!
Booth Construction Approval
The stand construction registration and the registration of technical approvals and exhibits posing a particular hazard have been replaced by a semi-automated process for approving your planned exhibition stand. This allows you to conveniently submit the necessary information about your planned exhibition stand with minimal effort. You will then be informed of the requirements for safe operation.
You will receive an email from our event technology department with a link to a separate questionnaire page and a password for it. Once you have registered with this one-time password, we recommend that you set up a personalised password so that you can save your data and continue working later. Please complete the entries by 5 January 2026.
The checks to be carried out during the set-up, dismantling and implementation phases in accordance with operator responsibility with regard to compliance with technical guidelines and relevant laws, ordinances and regulations remain an important part of the safe operation of the venue.
If you have any questions, please contact our event technology team (tel. +49 341 678 9906, Email:
event-management@leipziger-messe.de
).
